We're looking for a motivated person with an entrepreneurial mindset, to join our German Client Executive team!
Your job as a Client Executive will be to:
- Onboard, maintain and expand your client portfolio
- Learn our product inside and out and help your clients go through their tech recruitment experience
- Proactively identify clients who aren’t maximizing their opportunity with our platform and reach out to create an action plan to help them achieve success
- Collaborate with our Talent Advocates team to ensure success in closing deals
- Collaborate with our Sales team to manage renewals and expansions
- Surface opportunities to expand existing accounts when it’s right for the customer
- 1-3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success or/and (Tech) Recruitment; experience in B2B SaaS or the HR Tech Space is a plus
- Native level German language and fluent English
- High attention to detail and strong motivation to learn
- Curiosity around the digital landscape and technology
